Anthony Berardi has over 35 years’ experience in general contracting and design-build construction. Over the years he has built a reputation for the finest quality craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail.

Alex Berardi grew up on construction sites, developing a passion for the industry at a very early age. Always noted for his creativity and steadfast attention to detail, Alex has worked for a number of companies, managing sitework projects and a variety of residential and commercial construction projects .

Tom Alfsen, a civil engineer and graduate of Lehigh University, has worked as a Project Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Estimator for Turner Construction. He played an integral role in the reconstruction at Ground Zero in New York City.

Tom is a LEED AP (Accredited Professional). The US Green Building Council (USGBC), is the parent organization of LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. LEED is the most important green-building rating system in the world today. Accreditation ensures that a professional has the knowledge required for green building and can take a construction project through LEED certification.
